At Milisima Studio, each product is crafted with care and made to order, ensuring exceptional quality and fidelity to the original artwork. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

30-day return period from the date you receive your item.

✅ Return Eligibility

Important: Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for customized items. Refunds or exchanges (or store credit) are only available for defective or damaged items.

Items must be:

• In the same condition as received
• Unworn and unused
• With tags and in original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

🔄 How to Start a Return

2. Once approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

Report within 48 hours of receipt at orders@milisima.ca. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging
• Your order number

❌ Items Not Eligible for Returns

• Made-to-order or customized products (unless damaged/defective)
• Sale items
• Gift cards

🎨 Color Variation Disclaimer

Colors may vary between monitors and devices. Refunds will not be issued due to color fluctuations on devices.

📍 Lost or Missing Packages

Contact orders@milisima.ca if your order doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe. If confirmed lost by the carrier, a replacement or refund will be issued.

🔄 Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not offered. Please follow the return process for the original item, then place a separate order for the new item.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Orders shipped to the EU are eligible for cancellation or return within 14 days for any reason, provided items are in the same condition as received.

💰 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days if approved.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Prepaid return shipping labels are provided for defective or damaged items at no charge to you.

🌍 International Orders

Allow extra time for delivery due to customs processing. Customs fees or import taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable.
