Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- During peak times or high order volumes, processing times may increase slightly. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Packaging and Care
We package your artwork with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in pristine condition while embracing sustainability.

Small and Medium Prints:
- Protected with acid-free backing boards and covered with glassine paper.
- Sealed in archival-safe crystal-clear bags and shipped in rigid mailers to prevent damage.

Large Prints:
- Rolled with glassine paper, placed in archival-safe bags, and secured in durable shipping tubes.
- Tubes are wrapped in waterproof material for added protection.
Color Variation Disclaimer
Please note that colors may vary between monitors and devices. We strive to represent our prints as accurately as possible; however, variations in screen settings can result in slight differences in color perception. Refunds will not be issued due to color fluctuations on devices.
Sustainable Practices
We are committed to minimizing our environmental impact:
- Eco-Friendly Materials: Packaging materials are recyclable, compostable, and chosen for their archival quality.
- Reuse Initiative: Whenever possible, we reuse outer packaging in good condition, marked with a "Recycled" stamp.
- Plastic-Free Alternatives: We strive to minimize plastic usage in our packaging.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.
Shipping Insurance
All orders are shipped with standard shipping insurance to cover loss or damage during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

- Provide clear photographs of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label.
We will evaluate your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund.

Returns and Refunds

Shipping Exceptions
- Certain locations may not be eligible for delivery due to logistical constraints. You will be notified at checkout or contacted directly if this applies.
- Oversized or custom orders may require special shipping arrangements. We will reach out to you directly if necessary.
- Pre-order delivery timelines are estimates and subject to change. For cancellations, refer to our Cancellation Policy.
Notification of Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will notify you upon receiving the returned package and confirm the correct shipping address with you.
- Reshipping Fees: The customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping the package to the correct address.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, as they cover the initial delivery attempt.
- Made-to-Order Policy: As all products are made-to-order, refunds will not be issued for unclaimed or undeliverable packages. Unclaimed packages are not refundable due to the made-to-order nature. Customers may choose to have the package reshipped at their expense or forfeit the order.
