Cancellation policy

Your shopping experience at Milisima Studio is designed to be flexible and customer-focused, offering a variety of purchase options to meet your needs. Some items in our store may be available as pre-orders, customized products, or made-to-order items such as art prints. Below, we outline how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordering with Milisima Studio allows you to secure out-of-stock or upcoming products before they are available.

  • Payment Terms:

    • You may be asked to pay a partial deposit or store your payment details at checkout.
    • The full or remaining balance will be charged once the item is ready to ship.
  • Fulfillment Timelines:

    • Pre-order timelines are estimates and subject to change. Customers will be notified of significant delays.
  • Cancellation:

    • Pre-orders that have not yet been fulfilled can be canceled at any time.
    • Once the pre-order has been fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible. 

Made-to-Order Items (e.g., Art Prints)

  • Cancellation Before Production

    :
    • Orders for made-to-order products, including art prints, may be canceled within 24 hours of your purchase.
    • After 24 hours, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible. 
  • Cancellation After Production Has Started:

    • Once production is underway, cancellations are not permitted, as each print is made-to-order.
    • If you no longer want the item after it has shipped, please refer to our Returns Policy for eligibility and instructions.
  • Exclusions:

    • Limited edition or specially marked items may not be eligible for cancellations.

Customized Products

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started.
  • Non-customized items that are not made-to-order may be canceled before shipping.

Changes to Orders

We understand that you may need to make changes to your order after it’s been placed.

  • Timeframe:

    • Changes to orders can be made within 24 hours for standard purchases and 48 hours for pre-orders.
    • No changes can be made after the timeframe above.
  • Eligible Changes:

    • Adjusting the size, quantity, or personalization details.
    • Updating the shipping address or contact information.
  • How to Request Changes:

    • Contact our customer support team at customersupport@milisima.ca with your order number and requested changes.
    • Changes are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

Processing Refunds

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.
